Thom is a natural leader and problem solver.  Thom is an expert in discerning difficult issues and coaching leaders to successful conclusions.  He has success in union and non union environments.

Thom began his career as a United States Marine Corps private and retired a full Colonel.  He began his teaching career as a coach and high school science teacher and became a School District Superintendent.  The Pennsylvania Department of Education continues to request Thom’s services as interim or acting school district Superintendent for difficult and challenging assignments.

Thom has a history of instilling confidence and pride in the organizations he has led and consulted with.
