Bob is an adjunct business professor, a world ranked instructor for Dale Carnegie Training, and an experienced business consultant and project manager. During a 30 year business career Bob was Senior VP of Sales and Marketing for Morgan Corporation (Morgantown, PA) and Executive VP and then President of Thomas Hardware (Reading, PA). Bob has also owned and managed two advertising agencies.

 

 

 

He has been and is very successful in leading, motivating, directing, coaching and managing individuals and teams. He has extensive experience in communications, advertising, marketing, executive management and is an expert in achieving difficult goals.  

 

Bob has served on the Board of Directors for the Berks County Chamber of Commerce, Threshold Rehabilitation Services, and St. Joseph’s Hospital Services Corporation. Bob served for years on the Advertising and Marketing Committee for United Way of Berks County where the work produced by his agency received national recognition. Bob currently serves on the Board of Marvel Repertory Theatre in NYC.  Bob is a three time advisor for PA Free Enterprise Week.

 

Bob is active in the Arts. He has written and produced seven recordings of original music. In June of 2000 a book he wrote with his daughter Heather was featured on the Oprah Show. Since 2000 Bob has appeared in seven shows at Civic Theater in Allentown. Bob also has a hobby business that sells his sculptures and watercolor paintings.
