For over 30 years, Bill has been enabling organizations and individuals to increase their sales, profits, performance, productivity and morale; empowering them to attain results beyond their expectations.  This includes increasing stagnated or flat lined sales and profits. He has a contagious entrepreneurial leadership style that makes things happen where they have not happened before.

Bill has particular expertise in C level and senior management, sales and marketing, customer service and customer retention, change management, strategic and operational planning and execution, human resources, labor relations; resource and organization alignment, outplacement, and team building.  He has experienced and successfully managed significant change and understands its dynamics.

Bill grew up on a cattle farm and after college began his career by completing Bethlehem Steel Corporation’s management training program (Loop Course) and becoming a salesperson in Ohio.  After 19 years in field sales he was transferred to Bethlehem, PA as Manager of Sales Training and Manager of Training and Communication for the corporation then rose to Manager of Human Resources for Bethlehem Steel’s Information Technology (IT) Business Group.  Upon leaving Bethlehem Steel, Bill founded, developed and sold a successful regional life style magazine. He then became president of two corporations that published monthly and annual publications and is now with Transition Group, Inc.
